✔ Services are scheduled based on availability and confirmed upon booking.
✔ Additional services (e.g., rubbish removal) may be requested.

2. Booking & Payments

✔ All bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or our online form.
✔ Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
✔ We accept all credit/Debit Cards and Online Invoices
✔ A deposit may be required for large or specialised cleaning jobs.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

✔ Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
✔ We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, staff shortages).

4. Customer Responsibilities

✔ Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time (keys, codes, or someone present).
✔ Secure pets and valuables before the cleaning service begins.
✔ Inform us of any special cleaning requirements or fragile items in advance.

5. Service Satisfaction & Liability

✔ We strive for the highest cleaning standards. If you are not satisfied, please get in touch with us within 24 hours for a resolution.
✔ We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not disclosed as fragile.
✔ While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for accidental damage beyond reasonable control.

6. Pricing & Quotes

✔ All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed upon booking.
✔ Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may be adjusted if conditions differ upon arrival.
✔ Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled areas or services beyond the original quote.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

✔ Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
✔ We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.
